Edisons21 – Educational materials for TRIZ heuristics

Educational materials for each of the six TRIZ heuristic contain a simple Video that explains the use of the heuristic, a Solution Template that is intended to guide a learner in application of the heuristic and a heuristic Cheat Sheet that can be used as a reminder on application of the heuristic. Videos, Solution Templates and Cheat Sheets are created to facilitate self-learning.

Educational materials for each of these six TRIZ heuristic contain a Power Point file for the teachers that can be used to introduce a heuristic at a lecture or tutorial.

All educational materials has been developed by the international Fellowship Team under leadership of Professor Iouri Belski from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with financial support form the Australian Government. Department of Education and Training of the Australian Government awarded Professor Belski with the National Senior Fellowship titled: “Educating the Edisons of the 21st Century: embedding tools of the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) into the engineering curriculum”.
